Funding & Insurance Options
San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) Clients
Great news for South Bay families! Walee Speech Therapy is an approved vendor for the San Andreas Regional Center (SARC) Early Start Program. If your child is between the ages of 0 to 3 and receives services or funding through SARC, your in-home speech therapy sessions may be fully covered at no cost to you. Contact your SARC Service Coordinator and request Vivian Eller / Walee Speech Therapy as your provider.
Private Pay & PPO Insurance
For children aged 3+ or families not eligible for regional center funding, we operate as a private-pay provider. We provide detailed monthly superbills for PPO plans, which many families successfully use to receive substantial out-of-network reimbursement from their insurance.
Sliding Scale Financial Assistance
We believe that specialized communication support should be accessible. We offer a limited number of income-based sliding scale slots for families facing genuine financial hardship who do not have insurance coverage or regional center funding. Please reach out to discuss current availability and application requirements during your initial consultation.
